North Bend School District Board of Directors
On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the North Bend School District and Superintendent Vince Swagerty mutually agreed to a separation agreement, effective September 5, 2025. The District extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Swagerty for his leadership over the past two school years. His efforts have supported meaningful progress, including the creation of the District’s five-year strategic plan. We thank him for his dedication and contributions to our schools, and we wish him continued success in the future.

It has been an honor to serve as Superintendent of the North Bend School District. I am deeply proud of the progress we have made together, but what I will cherish most are the strong relationships I have built with our students, staff, and the broader school community. As I look forward to the next chapter of my journey, I carry with me tremendous gratitude for this experience, and I wish nothing but the best for the District moving ahead.
